I am still at it, thank you so much–a long haul that was a series of big surprises. But Im walking daily and even hiking some trails now and then at last!
So glad you are out and about in nature. It can be so hard to be patient with healing! I’m still recovering from a medical mishap last year so I know first hand. Sometimes on a down day I just watch the clouds and call it ‘a balloon ride’. Take good care.
