They seem to be leaning ever so slightly downhill as they sing. I like that. It makes me think of the haunting refrain of Roethke’s “The Waking” : I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow. I feel my fate in what I cannot fear. I learn by going where I have to go. Loading... Reply
