Ahh soon weeks away here…
This rebirth is always amazing no matter how many times we’ve seen it.
The very picture of hope. I can’t wait to get back to Montana and look for tiny shoots of green.
Our first daffodils opened and then were engulfed by snow. They are still fighting on, though.
Lovely picture – again we are on the same track only my photo of emerging rhubarb didn’t come out too well so I haven’t shared it! Our daffodils are slightly ahead of this and should be in flower soon.
Isn’t it always exciting to see the first signs of spring!
It is great when you find moments like this in the garden! Fills you with excitement !

I like “shouldering”: it’s not just a pretty face, the stuff of romantic poetry; but a determined little thing, doing hard–and beautiful–work.

Technically it is Spring now…but winter is holding on as hard as it can.
