“Ebullience” is the word I’ve been looking for. The flowers look to me like they’re doing the Wave, but that’s only because I’m conflating your image and a video I’ve been watching a lot, for use in one of my posts. They’re such a beautiful flower.
The title fits the sounds in the poem so well, and contains a small mystery that is revealed later in the word “hours.” Exactly–the beautiful flowers too soon depart. But their time is glorious, as you have captured in the photograph. My dark rainy day is brighter now!
