I trust they do get ridden again. I have such happy memories of my tricycles.

I feel that too – a little bit of melancholy, of being forgotten. But I like that there are two of them to wait out winter together and the innocence of youth…as if little ones have just dashed inside after playing in the very last moments before winter.
