Poisonous, for the record. My Mother had a sole plant in SW Pennsylvania which is from my understanding non-typical.

Beautiful photo of the pink lady slippers. I used to own a few hundred orchids and lady slippers many years ago. I typically went for the black lady slippers that usually were a little odd looking. LOL These looks like velvet.
