  1. The tree lacking in my area, that every autumn reminds me to miss, just a little, my early life on the East Coast. The only red out here is a small bit from scrub oak, often hidden below the varied yellows of aspen and cottonwood, and the steady greens of pinon and pine.

  3. I have followed you for a year now watching the seasons change on the other side of the world. You capture the beauty with camera and word, giving pleasure your readers. The colours of the autumn leaves give joy to me in Australia where the only native deciduous trees are in Tasmania.
