I transplanted my five violets, and feared I’d done them in. They’re starting to grow, now, and one has buds. I’ll show them this photo to encourage them.
It is so uplifting to see our indoor plants bloom as winter outside seems to have killed everything off. Right now, my orchids are putting out bud-bearing stalks and a plant I got from a friend surprised me with the most beautiful flowers I’ve never seen before.
