  1. Our state wildflower, the bluebonnet, is a lupine and it indeed conquers fields with its seeds. In the springtime here in Texas we have vast “seas” of bluebonnets and they are beautiful as are these in your photo. Blessings, Natalie 🙂

    1. Isn’t that ironic! I am struggling also to keep lupines in my garden. Of the four I planted last fall, only one made it through the winter and is blooming prolifically. I’ll save the seeds and scatter them around….here is hoping…
