Your words bring back memories. When I was a child walking through the woods with my mother, she would stop to look at “every” plant along the way. Of course, my young energy wanted to move ahead. “Let’s go, Mom!” I would think to myself. Now I am inclined to do the same as Mom did. Although I didn’t appreciate it at the time, she taught me the ‘bounty of beauty” you see when you take the time to look.
