      1. I don’t think they eat apples. This cow is kind of like a dog and always comes to the fence when you go by. Very sweet.

  2. Rene Yoshi – Just a transplanted Okinawan-French Southern girl with a wee bit o' Irish, sharing photography and what I'm learning about spiritual things, including putting off legalism and religious traditions, and embracing God's matchless love, tender mercy, and amazing grace!

    Aww, I love it!!

  3. kcg1974 – My passion is writing. I love to paint pictures with words, find hidden gems behind the the curtain of the alphabet, and not be afraid to let my emotions drift through. My family, children and grand-babies are most important to me. Living with chronic conditions has taught me many life Lessons, all with blessings along the way. Previously, I owned a successful children's publishing company to help educate the peers of children living with chronic conditions and/or special needs. I'm an award winning author, but this is a whole new genre for me. Welcome, I'm really happy you're here!

I agree! The cow is so adorable! I tried getting pictures of a couple of cows the other day, but I stepped just a tad too close, and it ran away before I could get the shot. I didn’t zoom in enough from where I was.

  7. AngieG9 – Owensboro, KY, USA – I'm a somewhat normal person who happens to have MS, therefore my blog name "A Train Wreck Looking For A Home". I try to keep a sense of humor about everything in life, including the times when I run into the walls or bang my head on the furniture, and can always depend on my kids to keep me centered. MS has changed my life, but when I'm in remission life goes on as always. And what a life it is! I'm in my golden years and still looking for the gold, but it's not a bad trip.
    AngieG9 says:

Such a beautiful photo, but having been a farm wife, not too fond of cows. But they do eat apples, pears, whatever you want to preserve for your family.

  8. There is an old wives tale that the more cows lying in a field the greater the chance of rain. So…hubby teases that if their are 10 cows and only 3 are down, it is a 30% chance of rain…

  9. LB – I'm a woman who loves spending time on the motorcycle and in, or on, any body of water. I love traveling and reading, baking and cooking, taking way too many pictures, and enjoying my family and friends. Life is an adventure, and I want to remember and express my joy for it! This is a journal for me ... so I'll never forget the good times and to remind me of them on more challenging days.
    LB says:

This just makes me smile 🙂

  10. Son of Sharecroppers – I'm an attorney, but far more important to me than my work are my family and my hobbies: in particular, writing, photography, fishing, and guitar. I'm an amateur at all of these things; indeed, I am an amateur at all things important. But I keep trying to learn.
    Son of Sharecroppers says:

Lovely image and verse–and I like the additional information about the cow. It sounds as though it’s lonely.
