Is this a farm or a private residence? What a lovely idea!

  2. Oh Wonderful! What a peaceful place.

  3. Fray – UK – My first recorded bit of travel writing would be a letter to my brother from a lonely German train station in 2000. The memory of rewriting the lyrics to Simon and Garfunkel's 'Homeward Bound' whilst feasting on a juicy kebab is still just as vivid today. If you're looking for step by step travel guides, I'm sorry... I'm not very good at them. But if you want genuine stories from the road, tales of extreme happiness and an equal portion of grim times, or even just some tips and ideas of what not to do abroad... then you've come to the right place. Any suggestions, corrections or ideas for collaborations... give me a shout. Enjoy yourself

  4. AngieG9 – Owensboro, KY, USA – I'm a somewhat normal person who happens to have MS, therefore my blog name "A Train Wreck Looking For A Home". I try to keep a sense of humor about everything in life, including the times when I run into the walls or bang my head on the furniture, and can always depend on my kids to keep me centered. MS has changed my life, but when I'm in remission life goes on as always. And what a life it is! I'm in my golden years and still looking for the gold, but it's not a bad trip.

This makes me so homesick for the farm. Beautiful.

  6. Dr. Denny Wilkins – Dr. Denny Wilkins professes journalism at a small, private university in the Northeast. He has climbed, hiked, kayaked, photographed, skied, and otherwise meandered aimlessly throughout the American West for decades. He has degrees in geology, environmental studies, and communication — and has tried to make use of them as a co-founder of the progressive cultural blog ScholarsandRogues.com. He’s broadly interested in how the world works and why it works that way. He hates writing, although he does like having written well.
    Dr. Denny says:

This is why I miss New England so much — small, beautiful little vistas like this. Thank you.
