During the quiet of the night
they come from all directions on paw and hoof
to reach the sacred spot and journey beyond.

  1. It always tickles me how soon pristine snow gets covered in prints and provides evidence of life – until the next snowfall

  2. Your observations are always right on. I live in a similar climate, in the Adirondacks, and I share your views but not your poetry! Just this morning, I commented on all the deer tracks in the snow.

  3. Love this phto and your words. This morning I woke up to newly fallen snow. At the moment I looked out my window a coyote ran past leaving his tracks. I love looking at all the tracks. Some of them I know and some I don’t.

  4. I like the photo of footsteps on the snow. 🙂
Thank you for liking ‘Plants, Flowers & Building’ photographs. 🙂
Is there any improvements that need to be made?
