    Lovely rural landscape! So cool…soothing!

  2. clcouch123 – In conversation, I prefer Christopher. My mom named me after Christopher Robin, after all. In writing, I use “C L Couch” (or, more simply, “c l couch”) because the form is genderless and also frankly easier to use. I have awful writer’s cramp. I am an educator more or less retired, more or less due to disability. At present, I live in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (USA). My writing here I mean to be occasional and also devotional. Either or both. The banner and profile photographs are by my friend and peer Debra Danielson. More of Debbie’s work to be enjoyed is at debradanielson.org. Thanks to each of you and both and all for coming to my blog.

A landscape painting could not be more inspiring. This real scene gets the painters painting. Beautiful work, you and nature.

  3. JanBeek – Ennis, Montana – With Bob, my dear husband of 64 years (as of Feb.11), I continue to live a full life. Here in Montana, every day is a learning experience. Every day is a chance to reach out in love! With 8 1/2 decades of living under our belts, we’ve learned a thing or two about how to create the “Good Life” in our “Golden Years.” This blog is designed to share some of those tidbits with you. I aim to inspire more love, joy, peace, faith and unity. Hopefully, my blog will will give you a glimpse into how just “Loving One Another” has enhanced my time on earth - and I’ll encourage you to reach out to others with unconditional love, too. A recent blog follower said in her introduction, "My mode of operation is to make the ordinary of everyday extraordinary." I have to borrow that... In fact, borrowing ideas from others is one way to achieve the extraordinary. Feel free to borrow any of mine any time! I'd be honored. To God be the glory!! Welcome Aboard! (Oh, and last Feb. we added a new puppy to the mix... cuddly, lovable, feisty - but oh my goodness, he was not house or crate trained! We've fixed that.) Wish us luck with his chewing!! P.S. "Kenny" is making some progress - but it's slow on the learning what to and not to chew! Destroyed our new remote control!!

    Lovely… peaceful… serene… inviting. I think I’ll rest awhile there.
