I agree with maureenc! It’s sad to see so many lovely trees –so many years in the making — cut and killed for human homes every year, to be discarded when we deem the season over. Instead, let them be in their natural lives; appreciate them there. That’s a Christmas spirit worth the name.

That’s a beauty! It’s also a means of livelihood for many in the northern tier of US states, and in Canada. They grow fast.
