derrickjknight – UK – I am an octogenarian enjoying rambling physically and photographing what I see, and rambling in my head as memories are triggered. I also ramble through a lifetime's photographs. In these later years much rambling is done in a car.

What a beautiful metaphor you found here . The grasses remind me of sea oats waving along the sand dunes in the sea breeze. This series of images speak so poignantly. I trust that the miracle of spring, and the fresh growth and warmth it brings, will find you soon . Thank you for showing us the beauty of your winter landscape .
