  1. laurent domergue – Bûcheron diplômé, je suis venu à la sculpture sur bois depuis 1996, en autodidacte.. Je qualifierai mon travail d’art “brut et naïf”, la forme du bois peut m’inspirer, sinon je travaille à l’instinct. Jusqu’à maintenant, j’ai travaillé sur des essences diverses et variées telles que bois flottés, micocoulier, cyprès, platane mûrier, hêtre, tilleul etc… J’abats les arbres, je dégrossis les grosses pièces à la tronçonneuse. Je n’utilise pas de machines outils, tour ou de scie à ruban, uniquement des gouges, ciseaux et couteaux. Toutes mes sculptures sont des pièces uniques et le resteront. Je ne copie pas, j’interprète ou j’invente…

  6. 2ndhalfolife – In the second (or really third?) half of my life now. Moving into the more crone stage: out of my head, into my soul. My magic is returning after many years of having lost it to the streets of life. There have been some very dark times, but these have made my journey rich with the stuff of possibility. Because out of darkness has come the glittering beauty of illumination. It has come with struggle and toil, and not without help--but I am here, and I am mostly in tact, and I'm here to share the rest of this journey with you all if you care to join me.......

  13. NatureSpeak Photos – I take photos of nature as an amateur. That being so, I prefer not to edit the photos so that they retain their "naturalness". These photos, even though silent, tell us volumes about life, principles, ethics and harmony. Silence and nature; so much to experience, so much to learn...

  16. Harsha Narayan – India – I am a 28year old doctor trying to find balance between my itching creativity and silent reflections. Trying how to not let my life be defined by my professional life but also let myself grow in all aspects. Wordpress for me is more like the blush hidden away from a room full of familiar faces and like a guilty spoonful of the remnants of the soup in my bowl (p.s. soup > anything else ….. umm anyone else). But more importantly this blog deals with my emotions, my mood swings and brings to me similar people from around the world. No matter the time, there shall always be someone in love, out of love, reflecting, advising, listening, bringing a smile, sharing their grief and so much more.   18. M. – Since I was little I liked to visualize and create things. Painting with watercolors is what makes me happy now. That, and spending time gardening and reading. I love long walks, biking, and the beach.
