  2. victoriafeathers – I picked up my camera and my theme book and began fighting to live. I was given a death sentence along with a very rare cancer. I decided to fight. I spent two years in radical radiation and chemo treatment. Too weak to walk I began to write poetry as a means of dealing with my illness and to exercise my brain. Soon I could walk outside and never went without a camera. I have been playing at both now for four years. I notice things I never did before. It's sad to think that we take so much for granted, like dew drops, sunrises and sunsets, shadows, ripples on a pond. I thank God daily for this second chance at life and try my hardest to use my time wisely. Thank you so much for stopping by. Please invite me to drop by your site and enjoy your passion. Victoria

  4. NatureSpeak Photos – I take photos of nature as an amateur. That being so, I prefer not to edit the photos so that they retain their "naturalness". These photos, even though silent, tell us volumes about life, principles, ethics and harmony. Silence and nature; so much to experience, so much to learn...

  7. greenmackenzie – Scotland – Hi, I'm Seonaid, and I share my home on the shores of Loch Ness deep in the Scottish Highlands with my husband, my son and a couple of dogs. I love art which is here now and gone tomorrow...like food and nature...but also have a passion for vintage and the ancient past! Nature is my favourite muse, with her wild ever shifting seasons.   11. 2ndhalfolife – In the second (or really third?) half of my life now. Moving into the more crone stage: out of my head, into my soul. My magic is returning after many years of having lost it to the streets of life. There have been some very dark times, but these have made my journey rich with the stuff of possibility. Because out of darkness has come the glittering beauty of illumination. It has come with struggle and toil, and not without help--but I am here, and I am mostly in tact, and I'm here to share the rest of this journey with you all if you care to join me.......
