  1. clcouch123 – I prefer Christopher in conversation. In writing, I use C L Couch because it’s a genderless form of my name and, frankly, easier—I have severe writer’s cramp. I mean to be a poet writing spiritual and occasional verse. The photographs used permanently here—for the banner, for my profile—were taken by Debra Danielson, a photographer and friend. You may enjoy more of her work at debra.danielson.org. If you would credit me when quoting my work, I'd be thankful. As I am thankful for your presence here.

This is probably strange to say, but the bees on the flowers make sense of the flower’s color and shape.

    1. I think I know what you mean CL. There is something about the light in this image – once you recognize the shape of the bees, like them you can settle onto the flowers.

  2. the flower alerts the bee who understands it vibration that it had nector .so thoughtful and understanding as you – I notice from your grand image the bees wear a fuzzier thinker coat up north 😍 than out here.
