  1. maureenc – south east Queensland – Supposedly retired ,I fit my fabric and fibre fanaticism in with sharing my life with , family and friends and a few other activities My star sign is Cancer;I love being near the ocean and live on the shores of Moreton Bay in SEQ;I enjoy listening to music of many genre,but prefer instrumental to vocal; Reading....I always have a couple of books and magazines on the "go" simultaneously;

  7. JanBeek – Ennis, Montana – With Bob, my dear husband of 64 years (as of Feb.11), I continue to live a full life. Here in Montana, every day is a learning experience. Every day is a chance to reach out in love! With 8 1/2 decades of living under our belts, we’ve learned a thing or two about how to create the “Good Life” in our “Golden Years.” This blog is designed to share some of those tidbits with you. Hopefully, my blog will will give you a glimpse into how just “Loving One Another” has enhanced my time on earth - and I’ll encourage you to reach out to others with unconditional love, too. In fact, borrowing ideas from others is one way to achieve the extraordinary. Feel free to borrow any of mine any time! I'd be honored. To God be the glory!! Welcome Aboard! (Oh, and last Feb. we added a new puppy to the mix... cuddly, lovable, feisty - but oh my goodness, he was not house or crate trained! We've fixed that.) Wish us luck with his chewing!! P.S. "Kenny" is making some progress - but it's slow on the learning what to and not to chew! Destroyed our new remote control!!

  10. nanciec13 – Wisconsin – I am a fabric artist and a retired professional minister in the Catholic Church. I am married for 40+ years to a most fabulous man. We have 4 adult children, 1 daughter-in-law, 1 son-in-law (who we also consider to our children!) and 4 grands. I love to weave, sew and design garments for myself; bead, read, write and color. I am also a spiritual Companion/Director and have a special place in my soul for women who are healing and in need of healing from trauma and abuse. I love coffee, quiet reflective prayer time at my kitchen table and long walks to breathe in the Holy Spirit. I would like to learn how to spin yarn and will someday create a spun, hand dyed/painted, beaded, woven fabulous garment of peace!

  17. derrickjknight – UK – I am an octogenarian enjoying rambling physically and photographing what I see, and rambling in my head as memories are triggered. I also ramble through a lifetime's photographs. In these later years much rambling is done in a car.

  18. LB – I'm a woman who loves spending time on the motorcycle and in, or on, any body of water. I love traveling and reading, baking and cooking, taking way too many pictures, and enjoying my family and friends. Life is an adventure, and I want to remember and express my joy for it! This is a journal for me ... so I'll never forget the good times and to remind me of them on more challenging days.
