  6. andreacfrt – I was born in Cape Verde, Sao Vicente and moved to Lisbon, Portugal at age 1. At age 13 I moved to United States and have been resided here ever since. Since my journey to the United States, I over came many obstacles that lead me to convert to Islam. Through Islam, I found a new identification and place in this world. I become very passionate to learn about different cultures from an inner and outer perspective, especially my culture. One day I bough a professional camera with no professional training, I began to capture anything that was beautiful to me. In this blog I hope to share with words and images the beauty that I see.

  7. reocochran – I am experiencing crazy and hapless adventures in dating that may interest people over fifty. I am now 65 this year (2017) and enjoy taking photographs, incorporating stories or poetry on my blog. I have many old posts which are informative and written like essays. I have several love stories collected from family and friends. Even strangers spill their stories, since I am a grown version of the girl next door. I have been trying to live a healthy lifestyle with better food selections and active hiking and walking. I have written four children's books and illustrated them. They are not published but a battered women's shelter used one about neglect and abuse for their children's program and a 4H group used my "Kissing a Bunny is like saying a Prayer" as a coloring book. Please comment or respond so I may get a chance to know you. Sincerely, Robin

  9. NatureSpeak Photos – I take photos of nature as an amateur. That being so, I prefer not to edit the photos so that they retain their "naturalness". These photos, even though silent, tell us volumes about life, principles, ethics and harmony. Silence and nature; so much to experience, so much to learn...
    NatureSpeak Photos says:

That is indeed an adorable looking creature… and it is a gorgeous composition, which I am sure needed incredible wit… Lovely, thank you!

  12. 2ndhalfolife – In the second (or really third?) half of my life now. Moving into the more crone stage: out of my head, into my soul. My magic is returning after many years of having lost it to the streets of life. There have been some very dark times, but these have made my journey rich with the stuff of possibility. Because out of darkness has come the glittering beauty of illumination. It has come with struggle and toil, and not without help--but I am here, and I am mostly in tact, and I'm here to share the rest of this journey with you all if you care to join me.......
