  1. derrickjknight – UK – I am an octogenarian enjoying rambling physically and photographing what I see, and rambling in my head as memories are triggered. I also ramble through a lifetime's photographs. In these later years much rambling is done in a car.

Tom's Nature-up-close Photography and Mindfulness Blog – My Blog primarily consists of close-up nature photos (that I've taken locally) combined with original holistic-truth oriented prose and/or poetry involving mindfulness/awareness. I love nature and I love understanding the whole (not merely the parts and the details). I'm a retired teacher of the multiply handicapped.   12. egghill – Was enjoying photography and retirement until my youngest son contracted Valley Fever while working. Now, I haven’t written any posts or taken many photos (very few anyway). I struggle with remembering all my settings since not using them. There are plans afoot to start my blog again.

  16. Kentucky Angel – Owensboro, KY – I'm a somewhat normal, extremely old, grammy, living in Kentucky, and living with MS since the age of 15. Just turned 72, so that's a lot of years. I would tell you how many, but I flunked math, and numbers give me a headache, so I avoid them at all cost. I love to crochet, knit, scrapbook, cook and visit with friends in the lobby of the building I live in. Most of the time I have a sense of humor. Other times I don't. At one time I was a musician with a guitar, but after age and time, plus a few falls, I can no longer play my guitar, so it now lives with my son. Now I play the radio, always with perfect pitch. Well, almost always. Depends on the station or the CD I'm listening to. I try to find something to laugh about every day, another way to get thru each boring day without picking my nose in public.

  21. busy lady – Kentucky – Once upon a time I was retired. But I came to live with my younger daughter and homeschooled her oldest son for two years. He went to school for 8th grade and now is in high school. I get to spend lots of time with my other three grandchildren. I write poetry and enjoy making books of them. I don't live with my daughter now; I have my own apartment which I love, and my own little kitty, which I named Shere Khan. However, unlike his name sake, he is not a brave, mean kitty. But I like it that way! I live only a few miles from my daughter and her family. I wish my other daughter was closer, but two hours away is not bad. Her three boys are all teenagers now. Its fun to be a grandma! My life is good.

  27. moonminded – Five years have now passed since I started this blog - and I’ve posted 69 times, which is a pretty decent average for me. Although slow at times, my intention and effort have been steady and I’m in quite a different space altogether from when I started this blog and I’m winding it down for now. If you want to do anything - go for it. Be patient with it, but totally go for it!
