I love it when the poppies bloom!
Vibrant and lovely.
Beautiful as always.
The hills of California covered with wild poppies in the spring. Beautiful.
oh the things that remind me of my old home California – poppies, the smell of the orange groves in bloom, sage, eucalyptus and the great pacific ocean…
Beautiful poppies – now I know I have to go all the way to the coast so I can see them too.
Nice lyrical photo! Like the ocean metaphor also
I was thinking that I’d like to have poppies in my garden as well … I’ll just look to your blog for inspiration!
Love the photo
Compelling colors …
Ahhh poppies….poppies…..sleep….my pretty. 🙂
Thanks for all your comments 🙂 very best, Seedbud
Very nice and beautiful!
Splashy and dreamy flowers all at once!
Magnificent colors and composition! I can almost sense movement… like music.
Creative imagery in the poem.
Very creative! The ocean of summer 🙂
Wonderful! Hope you’re having a good day 🙂
These pretty poppies look as if they’re dancing in a circle. Very beautiful photo and poem.
This is absolutely gorgeous.
And, your Haiku really captures the spirit of nature in the particular moment. Nice work.
Almost exactly what ^ everyone else said. Really. Foam was a particularly wonder-filled choice (( think); in the absence of a picture, I’d have been able to picture it perfectly.
The natural world is so vivid, vague, wild and gentle by turns and I love how the image/word combo addresses both. Really cool. Thanks for the encouraging like on my Haystack post. Your visual compositions are inspiring.
nice movement in words.
