I think this must be a different variety of magnolia. Ours are just beginning to bud, and their blooms are neither so plentiful nor so early. A beautiful photo!
So pretty! When I was in Spokane it seemed there were flower petals everywhere fluttering and gathering in drifts. Mostly from fruit trees. They smelled divine.
