  1. derrickjknight – UK – I am an octogenarian enjoying rambling physically and photographing what I see, and rambling in my head as memories are triggered. I also ramble through a lifetime's photographs. In these later years much rambling is done in a car.

As so often, a brilliant combination: apt haiku with shot of trees swaying in unison

  2. Trees give wise council, in my experience. I should allow that to be the case more often. Thank you!

  3. NatureSpeak Photos – I take photos of nature as an amateur. That being so, I prefer not to edit the photos so that they retain their "naturalness". These photos, even though silent, tell us volumes about life, principles, ethics and harmony. Silence and nature; so much to experience, so much to learn...

    The waltz of wisdom?

  4. photosbykenna – I enjoy taking photos of unusual things. I like different perspectives on a subject. While I have always taken pictures, it wasn't until later that I became serious about it. I love to enter contests and have been fortunate to win several. I use a Sony Cybershot and my Iphone.

    Enjoying your haiku.

  5. Tom's Nature-up-close Photography and Mindfulness Blog – My Blog primarily consists of close-up nature photos (that I've taken locally) combined with original holistic-truth oriented prose and/or poetry involving mindfulness/awareness. I love nature and I love understanding the whole (not merely the parts and the details). I'm a retired teacher of the multiply handicapped. I have a number of interesting hobbies, such as fossil collecting, sport-kite flying, 3D and 2D close-up photography, holography, and pets. Most of all, I am into holistic self-awareness, spontaneous insight, unconventional observation/direct perception, mindfulness, meditation, world peace, non-fragmentation, population control, vegetarianism, and green energy. Sweet! 🙂
They communicate with each other through mushroom mycelium and may indeed have moments of communication and silence as we do.

  6. chaoticworldofthoughts – Nothing more than an empathic human, a non-prefix Muslim and a patriotic Pakistani. Proud of being a human who believes a great mind knows no bounds and new stuff is supposed to be embraced. Giving up isn't an option here. Inspired by something?? Brainstorm. And pen it down!

  7. I think you are spot on…according to the fairly new book “the Hidden Life of Trees”, they communicate and help each other 🙂
