That vase certainly would go nicely with my birch candles. I’ve never seen a birch vase. it’s as lovely as the flowers it holds — a distinctly “old-fashioned” arrangement that looks to have come straight from the picking garden.

Ha, I know what you mean. The bark is among the most beautiful in the forest. Using found pieces for art display is brilliant! I know a man who makes clocks and his birch ones are sooo beautiful. A bit out of my price range unfortunately. 🙁
