  1. judybarton – Still in love, complicated, almost stupid, interested to recognize herself. "Up to the age of eighteen years old everybody writes poems; after, only two categories of people may continue to do it: poets and idiots." (Benedetto Croce). Obviously I do not consider myself a poet.

    Yes: it is so!

  2. ericbarnett2015 – I'm finally embracing the joy I find in writing. Poetry is one way I love to express what I feel and see. I especially love discovering humor in my encounters or surroundings.

  4. Gorgeous – even the filaments on the ends of the petals. Trumpets in summer. I love foxglove but have trouble growing them. 🙂

  5. derrickjknight – UK – I am an octogenarian enjoying rambling physically and photographing what I see, and rambling in my head as memories are triggered. I also ramble through a lifetime's photographs. In these later years much rambling is done in a car.

  8. 2ndhalfolife – In the second (or really third?) half of my life now. Moving into the more crone stage: out of my head, into my soul. My magic is returning after many years of having lost it to the streets of life. There have been some very dark times, but these have made my journey rich with the stuff of possibility. Because out of darkness has come the glittering beauty of illumination. It has come with struggle and toil, and not without help--but I am here, and I am mostly in tact, and I'm here to share the rest of this journey with you all if you care to join me.......

    Path to sweetness! 🙂

  9. dwk758 – Puget Sound, USA – When I was in the 6th grade, I was fascinated by a brief section in my World History book about ancient Greece and the philosophers, mythology, and original Olympics. I wrote my first poem about it that started: "Ancient Greeks and old time Romans...". Ever since it has been an elaboration on that theme...and I have wandered far afield.

  11. firefly1275 – Louisiana – V. Rose enjoys creating mystical characters and worlds, with a touch of the modern day world. When she is not writing or thinking up her next story ideas, she is enjoying South Louisiana sunsets.

  13. Inigo Scribbles – Writing is a way to release emotions, understand the internal struggle of one's psyche, express thoughts on views normal orations could not describe. When trying to navigate this thing called life, poetry and spoken word are helping me build an atlas. Not only that, but it has allowed me to meet amazing individuals and see the world's vibrant colors. So while you're here, stick around, have fun, let me know if you like something, and hopefully my writing is enjoyable haha. Let's build this atlas together :)
