  1. NatureSpeak Photos – I take photos of nature as an amateur. That being so, I prefer not to edit the photos so that they retain their "naturalness". These photos, even though silent, tell us volumes about life, principles, ethics and harmony. Silence and nature; so much to experience, so much to learn...
    NatureSpeak Photos says:

    Beautiful photograph.

  2. simon7banks – Harwich, UK – I write poems and stories, often mystical or fantastical. I believe very strongly that poetry is an art of the spoken word, so the sound of the words is important: so please say my poems aloud, if only in your head. I live in the U.K., in Harwich, Essex, but have worked in Kenya and Finland, and travelled to many other places. This is my literary blog. I'm also a Liberal Democrat political activist, birder, long-distance trail walker, real ale drinker and Quaker.

Autumn is beautiful. When I was in tropical Africa, I really missed the seasons.

  3. A. L. O'Prunty / PoetessOPrunty / Artist / OPrunty Art Works – I'm a little bit of this...and a whole lot of that.. Actually, I'm an inspiring poet with a dream. "When I'm not writing, a poem is dancing through my head, awating to glide across the page". I'm a loner and I've learned to like it that way - less complicated when you have only yourself to blame or praise :-) ~~ LL

    Beautiful imagery.

  4. greenmackenzie – Scotland – Hi, I'm Seonaid, and I share my home on the shores of Loch Ness deep in the Scottish Highlands with my husband, my son and a couple of dogs. I love art which is here now and gone tomorrow...like food and nature...but also have a passion for vintage and the ancient past! Nature is my favourite muse, with her wild ever shifting seasons. I have been using and teaching mindfulness and relaxation for over 12 years, and have yet to become any sort of expert :-) I'm a Psychotherapist and Cancer Support Specialist in Maggies Highlands

I shoot predominately in color and use Nikon Digital Cameras, and lenses. I hope you enjoy seeing some of the photos I've taken while on my travels. 7. Derek J. Healey – Albany, NY – Barefoot Anthropologist. Antiracism Abolitionist. Intersectional Feminist. I am a lecturer, poet, and tea lover. I am a healer, but foremost a learner. My path is a decolonised spiral dance of folk practices centered on hospitality, advocacy, and active empathy. "Healing yourself is connected with healing others."- Yoko Ono

  9. 2ndhalfolife – In the second (or really third?) half of my life now. Moving into the more crone stage: out of my head, into my soul. My magic is returning after many years of having lost it to the streets of life. There have been some very dark times, but these have made my journey rich with the stuff of possibility. Because out of darkness has come the glittering beauty of illumination. It has come with struggle and toil, and not without help--but I am here, and I am mostly in tact, and I'm here to share the rest of this journey with you all if you care to join me.......

    looks like a painting!

  10. firefly1275 – Louisiana – V. Rose enjoys creating mystical characters and worlds, with a touch of the modern day world. When she is not writing or thinking up her next story ideas, she is enjoying South Louisiana sunsets.
    firefly1275 says:

    Very beautiful and nice!

  11. Pat – I'm a retired educator and avid amateur photographer. I live in southern Ohio with my wonderful husband and two delightful cats.
    Pat says:

    So lovely.

  12. phantomvogel3 – California USA – A snap happy fool on meager means. If you enjoy the world through my lens then follow me. If I can evoke a feeling within a frozen moment I'd imagine that's an image well done!
    phantomvogel3 says:

Beautiful image and words to compliment!

  14. jacquelinezuckerman – Southern California – Married mother of two adults, (very nice ones, thank you), one grandchild (soon to be two!), struggling artist/writer, who is horribly klutzy, and is finally taking time for herself. What started out as a blog about me and my artistic journey has developed into something else, an online journal of job loss, struggle to survive, and above all else, a love letter of sorts to my husband.
    jacquelinezuckerman says:

I love the blue of the sky.

  15. Dr. Denny Wilkins – Dr. Denny Wilkins professes journalism at a small, private university in the Northeast. He has climbed, hiked, kayaked, photographed, skied, and otherwise meandered aimlessly throughout the American West for decades. He has degrees in geology, environmental studies, and communication — and has tried to make use of them as a co-founder of the progressive cultural blog ScholarsandRogues.com. He’s broadly interested in how the world works and why it works that way. He hates writing, although he does like having written well.
    Dr. Denny Wilkins says:

    Wow. Just. Plain. Wow.

  16. pinsannie – West Coast – A Mixed Medley of interests. Family,Gardening, Travel, Photography, Recipes, Oral history and pretty much what ever inspires me.

  17. judybarton – Still in love, complicated, almost stupid, interested to recognize herself. "Up to the age of eighteen years old everybody writes poems; after, only two categories of people may continue to do it: poets and idiots." (Benedetto Croce). Obviously I do not consider myself a poet.
    judybarton says:

    really!
