  1. Tienny The – I am an animator who graduated with a Diploma in Animation Art from Lasalle College of the Arts. My interest is in illustration and animation for young children with a focus in the pre-production process – script, storyboarding and character design, and illustration. My style leans heavily towards the education and manga genres. In 2018, she wrote and illustrated a picture book Turtle City: Cavity Monsters. In 2019, I graduated with a BA Illustration and Animation Design at Raffles College of Higher Education in Singapore with First-class Honours. During my study at Raffles, I have enhanced my writing skill, especially in script-writing. I am adept at using design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect, and Premiere Pro. Moreover, I am self-motivated in pursuing higher knowledge and to acquire rich industry experiences to strengthen my skills and portfolio. My varied experience is shown in the gamut of projects I have worked on, from 2D animation B2B vs BFF for Google, to illustrating a children’s book An instrument for Eddie, to comic inking for Association of Comic Artists (Singapore), character, web, and app design for TTC Apps, and even teaching art and robotics at various MOE schools. She is currently pursuing her MA Design Management on a scholarship.

  4. Helen DeRamus Artist – Marietta – I am a fine artist working in oil paint and creating drawings on paper. My primary medium is oil paint on cradled wood using cold wax medium. Work on paper, using India Ink and graphite is a major part of my practice. Drawings lead me to the development of ideas and though the drawings may stand alone, they also lead to larger work in oil. The smaller drawings are often used as an inspiration of larger drawings. My paintings are about all the visual scraps, translucent bits and pieces, and the neuronal fragments found in the layers of memory. Using the landscape as a metaphor, the paintings are excavated from my personal memories. Throughout the United States and Canada, I have paintings, prints, photographs, and works on paper included in corporate, public and private collections including: Jacksonville State University, Ventyx Corporation, Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, Georgia Perimeter College, North Georgia College and State University, The ART Station, the Ben Hill-Fitzgerald County Library, the Women's Center at Kennestone Hospital, the Atlanta Women's Foundation in Atlanta, Georgia, and Livingston College at Rutgers University in New Jersey. I am represented in Atlanta, Georgia by TEW Galleries, in Homestead, Alabama by Art Alley and In Saugatuck, Michigan by ROAN & BLACK contemporary gallery. My studio is located in the Artisan Resource Center in Marietta, Georgia a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia.

  5. maryoconnor12 – Along the Connecticut shoreline – I am a writer, poet, community volunteer, pupil of psychology, writing instructor, guest speaker, artist, lover of nature, curious traveler and author of Life Is Full of Sweet Spots, An Exploration of Joy, as well as Dreams of a Wingless Child, a book of award-winning poetry. An advocate of the power of writing as an agent of change, I enjoy speaking to community groups about the joy of making words sing and conduct creative poetry writing workshops for inmates at the State of Connecticut’s York Correctional Institution. As a writer and a painter, I enjoy living along the Connecticut shore, where I infuse everyday observations of the natural world with the sensitivity and insightfulness that tend to define my experience of life. It is these reflections that have helped me realize that one need not look far to find an element of peace, of celebration, of joy, in this inordinate world of which we are all a part.

  6. projectwords11 – As I’m more than a bit obsessed by language I decided I needed an outlet! So this is going be a place for the bits and bobs I write…… when inspiration sparks my creative cogs and sends them whirring into action Writing has always been a enjoyable pastime of mine and languages have always fascinated me but now it’s become a key part of me coming to terms with the life I didn’t plan

  7. cindy knoke – https://cindyknoke.com/ I retired early after 27 years as a psychotherapist/mental health director (Cindy Barton LCSW) and moved to the outer limits of no-wheres-ville to a home I call "The Holler." My closest neighbors are coyotes (packs and packs of them and they are HUNGRY), rattlers (lots and lots of them and they are MEAN), and free range cows/bulls (the bulls aren't too friendly either!) Forget cell phones. They don't work out here. Forget GPS, it misdirects. It's best not to wander too much out here, the people (and their dogs) are kinda twitchy. To reach The Holler you turn right at the reeking chicken farm, down a bunch of pot-holed semi-streets/dirt roads, past the abandoned refrigerators and occupied old RV’s and then things get kinda dicey. My friends usual reaction to the trip to The Holler is, “You’ve got to be kidding!” Or, “Next time let’s meet half way.” This is our little bit of heavenly Appalachia right here in rural California. I blog about traveling, photography, Holler happenings, and anything else that strikes my fancy. Stop by the blog and take a peek. It’s safe. I promise. 12. LB – I'm a woman who loves spending time on the motorcycle and in, or on, any body of water. I love traveling and reading, baking and cooking, taking way too many pictures, and enjoying my family and friends. Life is an adventure, and I want to remember and express my joy for it! This is a journal for me ... so I'll never forget the good times and to remind me of them on more challenging days.
