    1. Do you see all the likes that people click when they use the WordPress reader page? When I clicked to make this comment I did not see any place to show likes. I love your work and look forward to seeing what you post. But, I do not always click to come here and make a comment; I click like on the reader page.

  1. pishnguyen – I love photography, writing, anime, my family, and my dogs. And I seem to spend a LOT of time chasing my muses around in circles.
    pishnguyen says:

Beautiful! I’ve always thought of the moon when looking at a snowy landscape, especially at night.

  2. melanie jean juneau – Melanie Jean Juneau serves as the Editor in Chief of Catholic Stand. She is a mother of nine children who has edited her kid's university term papers for over a decade. She blogs at joy of nine9 and mother of nine9. Her writing is humorous and heart warming; thoughtful and thought-provoking. Part of her call and her witness is to write the truth about children, family, marriage and the sacredness of life. Melanie is the administrator of ACWB, a columnist at CatholicLane, CatholicStand, Catholic365 , CAPC, author of Echoes of the Divine and Oopsy Daisy, and coauthor of Love Rebel: Reclaiming Motherhood.

you manage to capture the feel of cold

  3. billiescauldron – Goshen – I am in transition. I see myself as a Spiritual Writer and as such my blog will slowly change with me still holding tight to being in the garden as a child loving my teacher.
    billiescauldron says:

    beautiful

  4. kgjerdset – Wisconsin – I am an artist and professor in Wisconsin, here to share my sketches and paintings of natural observations. One of my favorite subjects are the insects who live amongst us.
    kgjerdset says:

    Lovely moment captured.

  5. Dr. Denny Wilkins – Dr. Denny Wilkins professes journalism at a small, private university in the Northeast. He has climbed, hiked, kayaked, photographed, skied, and otherwise meandered aimlessly throughout the American West for decades. He has degrees in geology, environmental studies, and communication — and has tried to make use of them as a co-founder of the progressive cultural blog ScholarsandRogues.com. He’s broadly interested in how the world works and why it works that way. He hates writing, although he does like having written well.
    Dr. Denny says:

Rendering such simplicity requires sophistication. Well done.

  6. i look forward to your posts everyday! It is so interesting that you posted this beautiful, calming picture today and mentioned clouds. The nature quote of the day on BrainyQuote was “Clouds symbolize the veils that shroud God.” by Honore De Balzac

  7. I have a bias toward blue tones. Very nice photo and thought.

  8. Soror CVIII – The art of the interconnectedness of the All. The heart’s intelligent handiwork: elemental, quintessential. The shadows of the She-Hermit; cup that is the carrier. The lightning flash, the later liminal. Notes on the holder of the key to the Nile. Written in waters, scratched upon stones.
    Soror CVIII says:

    beautiful.

  10. RMW and BTC – We are problem solvers, who are very interested in the relationship of mathematics to interactive human behavior. We believe that with only four postulates and two corollaries we can account for virtually all IHBs, gain a better and more truthful understanding of ourselves, discover a more global form of education, and understand the precise conditions necessary for world peace.
    Robert M. Weiss says:

    An intriguing thought!

  11. becky6259 – My daddy married a city girl and put her in the country, and then I married a city boy and he put me in the city...for awhile anyway. We're now living in small-town Mid-Missouri and enjoying the best of both worlds!
    becky6259 says:

Love the way this photo looks! I wish I could get the hang of how to do nighttime shots as well as you do!

  12. monikadrinkstea – Serpentine, Western Australia – I'm 29, living on a small rented property in the Perth hills, Western Australia, along with my partner, two accident-prone thoroughbreds, a lazy black cat and probably way too many chickens. Always waiting for rain, with hay on the brain.
    monikadrinkstea says:

Amazing that you shot this in the middle of the day. It’s almost eerie. Beautiful. I have never seen snow before so I am really enjoying all of your wintery photos.
Thanks for checking out mud on my sneakers 😀

  13. simon7banks – Harwich, UK – I write poems and stories, often mystical or fantastical. I believe very strongly that poetry is an art of the spoken word, so the sound of the words is important: so please say my poems aloud, if only in your head. I live in the U.K., in Harwich, Essex, but have worked in Kenya and Finland, and travelled to many other places. This is my literary blog. I'm also a Liberal Democrat political activist, birder, long-distance trail walker, real ale drinker and Quaker.
    simon7banks says:

Beautiful. Not the moon, an enchanted ice-world.
