Time’s Vision

the barn’s
one empty window
an all seeing eye

in autumn light
vision extends
into the forever

we climbed
to see anew
our peaceful valley

and so
the breath of snowfall
can be seen

always something different
in the same view
vision’s infinity

the sky opened
like an all seeing eye
then blinked the world into night

to see
what flowers see
the expanding harmonies

to be seen
over the eagle’s shoulder
invitation to spiritual quest

raindrops
on her sunny face
Susan sees all

Dreams in the shadows
allow visions in the light.

A soft memory slowly focused
into a vision of Spring.

The owl gazed
into my soul
and left me whole

This is how a bee sees
pine needles and moss.
Energy has color.

In a certain slant of light
one can see past what is there
and into the possibilities of what could be.

First the dream comes
then the vision begins
to be tangible.
