shoes off
slip into the soft silt
and cool caress
The Cooling Pool
Silt and Shadow
the way every element
was moving, changing, departing
I glimpsed eternity
Dreaming Green
the leaves and moss
the water and silt
an endless becoming
Telling Time
river silt
the tide’s clock
chimes in ripples
