in the ever changing current

keep reaching

illuminate what is right

and yet the swallowtail
still flies

wind
going through
it

accommodations made
to remain
upright

into the misty unknown
carry your dreams
while seeking the sun

Although it has been ages
since the corral gate has kept anything in or out
it still refuses to let go.

A tree of great courage
refused to be broken
and dared to reach for the sky.
