Unfortunately, the “now” where I live, only has the smoke plumes, not the northern lights like in this photo (which has both smoke plumes from horrendous wildfires and a lit up sky from light). The air is said to be worse than in Beijing in most parts of B.C., and I hear that Europe has unprecedented wildfires and resulting smoke right now too.

Simple, yet true.
Great philosophy
Just beautiful!
Received, with gratitude.
The variety of grays and greens is soothing, and the drape of the branch is lovely. This is one of my favorites of your photos.
Variety and loveliness; color, forms, water: peace. Now–and from now on.
So serene. I do see a heart formed by the branches. ❤️

Just being in the moment is so special. Thanks for your lovely post!
Love this…
Very refreshing, cool and beautiful.
My first thought was Monet. I love this.

Glad I saw this peaceful photo today 🙂
very nice
Very evocative photo!
the sharpness of the hemlock branches over the impressionist greens of the water — stunning photo! And, as always, your words are perfect…
Monet it is, right, Diane!
I like a lot this this one. Above allo this title and this text! Our life would be very easy if we could remind always this truth.
Really nicely seen and done.
