The thing about clouds, here in southern Arizona, is: we don’t have ’em. At least very often. So when a few of them do blow in from California or Mexico they are much admired and appreciated.
So happy to bring you some! Here in New England – where the weather changes every five minutes…and so the local saying ‘if you don’t like the weather just wait five minutes’; the sky is a parade of endless cloud shapes and variations.
As it happens, I was up on northern Arizona by the Sunset Crater and San Francisco Peaks on an extremely windy day a couple weeks ago and I was an amazing sight to see the clouds shifting around over the mountains. And then, 30 miles north in the ancient native American ruins, the sky is completely blue and empty of clouds in the high Ponderosa plains. (Bonus: you get to see the Painted Desert off in the distance)

Well spotted!
Read on the local milk trucks:
“You can whip our cream, but you can’t beat our milk.”
“All we have we owe to udders.”
