  1. That is one great picture. Nice job. I’ll tell my friends about your blog-if you need a laugh come back and visit mine-thanks for the nice comment.

  2. Hi! I like the contrast between the red flowers and the background in this photo, the background makes the flowers pop out.
Thanks for the like on my post “Weekly Photo Challenge: Purple”.
    Kind greetings,

  3. Thanks for liking Living in Rural Mallorca! I don’t think I’ll ever be posting flower photos as lovely as yours . . . so beautifully artistic. My garden is desperate for rain at the moment – not a flower in sight, so this was quite uplifting
    !

  4. I do love your phrase “where observation and imagination meet nature in poetry”!! And your attentive eye misses no beauty, however small it may be! 😉

  5. Very interesting blog – I love sharing with other plant lovers. Thanks for following me – I shall take great pleasure in following you. We lovers of art and nature need to keep in touch.

  6. Seedbud,
I like the marriage of poetry and photography. I also like the beautiful deep red color.

One comment – FWIW, for me the photo is a bit too busy. I think the photo would be more impactful if it were tighter. Close in on the red and gray and eliminate the green.
